A Practice Nurse is available daily to offer advice and answer queries on many issues. If you would like to talk to a nurse then please inform the receptionist when you ring the surgery and a message will be passed on that you require a telephone consultation. The Nurse will ring you back as near as possible to the time the reception staff give you.
The Practice Nurse runs the following clinics: Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, Asthma, Smoking Cessation, Holiday vaccinations and advice, Children’s vaccinations and Pre-school vaccinations, B12 injections, Hepatitis B injections, Heart Disease, Well Man clinic and Cytology. You can request an appointment to see the Practice Nurse regarding any of the above.
The Practice Nurse also assists the doctors with Minor Surgery procedures, although you should request an appointment to see Dr Kalyan first, regarding any minor surgery procedures.
